Customer Experience
One of the biggest issues was retargeting. I started with basic data analysis and confirmed that most of their customers are moms. So then Mother's day should be one of the most important events for them. I came up with the idea of something catchy, kid-friendly, and participative, yet budget-friendly for stakeholders.
